How do you get to Mt Tamborine by public transport?
There are 4 ways to get from Gold Coast to Mount Tamborine by tram, bus, taxi or car
- Take the tram from Cypress Avenue station to Helensvale station, platform 4 Glkn.
- Take the bus from Helensvale station to Saint Bernards.
Is the road to Tamborine Mountain Open?
As you may be aware, Tamborine Mountain Road between Mt Tamborine and Canungra, locally referred to as The Goat Track, is currently closed due to a severe pavement and embankment failure along a one way section of the road. Motorists are advised to take alternative routes to access Tamborine Mountain.
How do you get to Mount Tamborine waterfalls?
To get there, take Tamborine Mountain Rd until you get to Cedar Creek Falls Rd just past the information map stopping bay on the left. From there, it’s only a short drive down a narrow road and across a small creek before coming to the Cedar Creek Falls section and the car park at its entrance.
